Animation


 

The animation was by far the most challenging assignment I have ever had to complete. The amount of time, effort, and concentration it takes to complete a 30-second animation; is not for me. However, I do appreciate now having this skill in my repatriation. I can now say that I have animated something that was not a flip cartoon on the bottom of my sticky notes. Instead, I animated my friend Mars, dancing and experimenting with rhythm.

My favorite part of the assignment was creating the music. I love music. I was in choir for about 10 years. Singing is one of my passions and when you have been around music, mixing sound becomes easy.

BW to Color

  The BW to Color assignment was in my opinion one of the easier ones. Maybe not in the moment but for this assignment I love the skills I learned and how to do photoshop. In the past, Photoshop and I have not gotten along, but I think we’ve buried the hatchet. I also was able to use this assignment to get better acquainted with my drawing tablet, which is something I now love to use and will continue to do so. This assignment taught me a lot of patience. It was not hard, but it was a lot. What I am most proud of with this is the growth I did, from someone who hated photoshop to someone who may be semi-good at it
